You have a full 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return and dispatch your item back to us. To be eligible for a refund, jewelry items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, certificates, and security tags intact.

We are pleased to provide complimentary return shipping for all qualifying domestic returns. No shipping or handling deductions will be taken from your final refund amount. Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label via email. You simply need to print the label, secure it to your return parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

We believe in a transparent shopping experience. ULASSAN does not charge any restocking, processing, or handling fees for returned merchandise. Your refund will represent the full purchase price paid for the returned product.

Once received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify its original condition. Inspections are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued immediately back to your original payment method. Please note that banking institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
