To be eligible for a refund, jewelry items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, certificates, and security tags intact.

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label via email. You simply need to print the label, secure it to your return parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Once received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify its original condition. Inspections are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued immediately back to your original payment method. Please note that banking institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
